Dan Perpich
An investor and operator focused on real estate, private equity, and middle-market direct investments, Dan Perpich oversees a portfolio of residential housing assets serving military communities and supports a range of alternative investments with an emphasis on sustainable growth and operational excellence. His work bridges strategy, execution, and community impact across sectors.
Before his current focus, Perpich founded an award-winning agri-tech venture, earning national recognition as the American Farm Bureau’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017. He later exited the company and went on to consult across the U.S., Europe, and Africa. A former U.S. Army infantry officer, he remains deeply involved in mission-driven organizations, including Rotary International, the Association of Croatian-American Professionals, and the West Point Society of Alaska, where he served as past president.

Drawing on experience in private equity, venture capital, and middle-market investing, Jimmy Miner directs a portfolio that includes real estate, operating companies, and Alaska-based ventures. His focus on long-term value and social impact is matched by a hands-on approach, combining rigorous analysis with active partnership to accelerate growth across diverse sectors.
Prior to his current role, Miner worked at Deloitte, where he advised Fortune 500 financial institutions on federal tax credit programs, including New Markets Tax Credits (“NMTC”) and Qualifying Advanced Energy Project Credits (“48C”).
